OTU points automatically used first?

I have some OTU points in my account from a canceled trip.....wanting to add a day to current booked stay...when 7 month window opens can I book online? Will the process take the otu points first?

You can use them online. They will be good as long as the OTU points are in the same UY as the trip you are booking because OTU points expire at the end of the trip originally booked with them.

Just be sure to have the OTU points temporary contract is checked first and it should take them after banked or borrowed points you have.

Is there any reason why the OTU contract is unclickable? Guess I have to wait til 9:00 to call. UGH

ok I can answer my own question - I called (only 8 minute wait!!) and she said I couldn't modify - I could only use OTU to book new. So I just went online and made a new res for the date I was trying to modify and used the OTU points then canceled the original night. Luckily I had points available to use...I do think she could have helped me....
