Otto for wait times and FP return times

I just learned about Otto and called the number. (714) 520-7090.
What a nice service to get info and even advice on rides. i.e. if it is a good time to go to the ride.

What fun.

Is Otto a recording or is he a live person that you can ask questions of.

Neither, really. It's an automated answer system, so it responds to voice requests. The natural language ability is much better than it was even a couple years ago. But you still won't be able to ask, "Why is Indiana Jones down again?"

I agree! We used it extensively during our trip last month. So much more reliable than wait time apps!

Yep. I used it a ton last month on our trip. We were trying to judge when to get RSR FP for an evening ride and it worked like a charm. The FP return times could be off by 10-20 minutes, but still pretty close.

Oh~! Thanks for the reminder! I put Otto in my contacts before my trip last week and then totally forgot about it. I'll have to try it out in December!
