Otterspool Oasis/Palm Tree Vacation Homes

I am looking at renting Otterspool Oasis in the Windsor Hills community in June 2014. Has anyone rented this home lately or had any experience with Palm Tree Vacation Homes, the company that manages the property. Any information would be fantastic. We normally stay on property but now we have two little boys and my parents going with us so need something larger and more financially feasible.

We stayed there last year and it was very nice. We had no problems at all. We did not use the pool so I cant comment on that. We have rented thru Palm Tree twice and they were very nice. Just a reminder though, you have to bring your own wash rags.

If this is a townhouse, we rented from them 2 summers ago. Very well maintained. I second that you need to bring your own washcloths. Not sure why. Only negative is that you have to pick up and return your key to palm tree which is way, way, way down the street with lots of lights.

While we have not rented this particular property, we rent through Palm Tree vacation homes almost every time we go to WDW. We live a couple of hours away and like to go over for short trips and they are one of the few companies that will rent for just a few nights. Any property we have rented from them has been clean and well maintained. They have a new office that is much closer to their properties. As the previous poster said their old office was pretty far down 192. Now it is much more conveniently located. Plus their prices are some of the lowest I have found.
