My husband and I have been looking for some other trip we could use our points on and not get taken totally to the cleaners, this year. We have been to WDW three years in a row and are ready for a little breather, especially since we have a three year old and one year old now. I just don't want to tackle the parks this year. I would have like to try Hilton Head, but the plane tickets are like 650 bucks and we have to change planes twice, again something I'm not looking to do right now. We have thought about Keystone resort or maybe Whistler, but that is uncharted territory for us, so I'm not sure.
Any advice would be great, or places that you have taken your little ones. TIA!

We love both Hilton Head and Vero Beach for vegging out. Did you check flying into Jacksonville? It is only a 3 hour drive from HH.

:thumbsup2

No, but I did check Charleston and I'm not sure that after flying all day that I could keep the kids in a car for another three, let alone my husband.

You would love HH but I understand wanting to avoid the cost of airfare.

Book your stay at the BC and simply take in the pool, and the fun stuff to watch (for free) around the board walk.

Have a picnic lunch down on the beach, watch the fireworks at night, some lawn games and play with your children in the grass.

What kids want more then anything is time with mom and dad.

Just because you are at a DVC resort does NOT mean you have to go to the parks.

But have you thought of one of the WDW water parks? very low cost.....

or DTD, the lego place is a kid favorite.
