Haven't seen this posted here before, but Guest Services has a limited selection of over-the-counter cough/cold/allergy/etc medicine that you can buy when the shops and Medical Center are both closed. Not sure if this is the case on all the ships, but GS on the Wonder was able to save the day for us.

I want to confirm this. On the last night of our recent cruise (Fantasy, disembarked yesterday), after we put all of our luggage in the hall in preparation for disembarkation, we realized our 4 year old had a high fever in the middle of the night. Of course, all of our OTC were packed and gone, since I wasn't anticipating anyone getting sick and because our carry on space was limited. DH went to guest services at 3 am to purchase children's Motrin. We were only charged $7. GS saved the night and we avoided the medial center, which I can guarantee would have cost us more than $7.
