Has anybody tried Relacore, Trimspa, CortiDiet, Stacker........?
I know they aren't long term fixes but I just need something for that "jump start" for the real work I have to do!
So, any personal experiances with any of the choices out there?
TIA
Missy :)

ME! ME! ME!

I use Metabolife without the ephedra of course. I take like 4 a day before meals and it gives me alot of energy.
Also good is Xantrax, and CortiSlim Burn. Most have caffeine in them, so be careful of your caffiene intake.

I dont drink coffee or cokes, so the caffeine intake in these pills dont JACK me up.

TrimSpa sucks, along with Stacker...Stackers will WIRE you out! :)

Good luck and be careful! :)

Personally I would stay away from all that crap. It really doesn't do anything but wire people out. You could get the same results from just upping your caffeine, which would be to feel wired but not really see any difference. Just go ahead and start working on the problem. No pills are needed. :thumbsup2 :) The point to losing weight or getting into shape is to be healthier. In my opinion, these pills are not healthy.

I was taking Hydroxycut - it did nothing for me.

Then we found out a town kid died from taking the OTC diet pills. He was overweight and tried them and they caused him to bleed out. I'm not sure of the whole story because I tend to tune those things out. But it was enough for me to stop and just trying to eat healthy.

Best way to lose weight is to eat less and move more! If you're looking for energy, try taking vitamins and getting more sleep (can't sleep? cut back your caffine!). Also drink lots of water, it's good for you and fills you up so you aren't as hungry. You don't need to join a gym or buy workout equipment to exercise, you can just go walking (fast pace, get your heart rate up!) or running if you're in to that!

I've tried Cortislim and a few different stackers and didn't find them helpful at all. The stackers really ramp you up and the cortislim was ineffective for both me and dh. We have found that Hoodia helps with the appetite suppression so we take Xtreme Lean only for that reason. It doesn't ramp you up but definitely makes the appetite less. We don't use it for anything other than the appetite suppressant though. I would say the other stuff is basically just a waste of money and some of them could be dangerous.

One of the best places to "get motivated" for us was at www.sparkpeople.com and read the message boards and track our intake of food. It takes just a few minutes a day to record what you ate and how much water you drank but it's very worthwhile to do so. They have the fitness tracker and tell you how many calories to eat each day and how much exercise to do each day in order to meet your weight goal by the date you have as your target goal. We've lost 6 pounds in a month just by doing spark and tracking our food and water intake.

I dont take them for diet aids, I take them for energy. I cant stand the taste of coffee, so I aint drinking that. And I break out like a child who ate too much sugar if I drink cokes, so I just take the metabolife for energy. I dont think they do any harm, or they havent for me. I eat healthy, exercise, and drink about 75 oz of water a day. :)
