OT ~ Why can't I find fireworks in stores?

Why can't I find fireworks in stores? It's May 24 weekend? S

They had them at Zellars yesterday.And a couple of small stores

We got ours at the corner store (gas station convenience store) and they had a great selection..........expensive though!

Try your closest Giant Tiger. Ours seems to have them from the 2-4 right through to labour day. Always in stock. (I am in Sarnia)

Not sure where you are but so many places here in Toronto I see them:
Corner Stores, Side of the road, even when I was at Wal*Mart in Scarborough Town Centre they even had them there as well. I see them everywhere here

Law says fireworks can only be sold seven days prior to the Holiday.

Fireworks tents are all over the place today. Even my local convenience store had a huge pile on sale.

You shouldn't have any problem finding a place to buy them.

I work at Costco, and we're selling two different packages of them. My store is open tomorrow (21st), but I'm not sure about other stores...
