when you go to post you will see a small box above that says IMG click on it then go to the smile you want to copy and paste and right click on that smile it will bring up a bunch of choices click on properties then highlight the address and copy it and paste it into the IMG box.

Hope that does it let me know if I can help anymore if you have problems.
