I don't get to play as much as I'd like, and I've only used my Wii Fit a few times. Got to get back to that.
I'd add Boom Blocks to the list. It looks really simple and boring from the get go, but once I started playing, it's totally addicting (although I could easily get a Wii injury on this one, like tennis elbow or carpal tunnel!!). It's throwing a ball at different piles of blocks to knock them over or pop them, or pulling one log out of a stack, etc. It's a LOT harder than it looks!! It was apparently designed by Steven Spielberg. Recommended to me when I asked at Blockbuster Video.
The other one I wind up playing a lot with my 5 yr old, but then keep playing after he's gone to bed, is Lego Star Wars. I have to have my laptop beside me to read up on each level and how to go through it, but again, it's really addictive, and lets face it, totally cute!!! And a good stress reliever, because the whole point of the game is to shoot everything in sight!!!
