OT - What did you get for X'mas????

I got a DVD ( we are the last people on earth to get one!)and my favorite movie Pirates of the Carribean ( love Johnny Depp ) Also got a plate rack that my hubby built., Mickey earrings, a mickey pin, a picture of Walt in front of the castle with his signature below (put in the *Mickey* room). My daughter and hubby made me a garden tool carrier (made of wood) Chloe actually helped make it for me. She is the tool time girl now!

I received a new SB tote. One that has wheels and a pull thing. DD got the old one after I cleaned it out. I also received a new robe and slippers to go out to the hot tub in. Plus a $25 gift cert to my LSS. Wanted a 12" paper trimmer so now I can go get it.

My DH and DD's went to the Disney Store and did a major part of their Christmas shopping for me. I got PJ's, 2 sweat shirts, a hooded sweatshirt, a picture frame, an ornament... all Disney. They told me they wanted to bring Disney to me since I have been wanting to go over Christmas each year. One year I am determined we will be there at Christmas!!! I also received a mixer. I wanted one similiar to Emeril's. I doubt it's the one he uses, but it is a very nice kitchenaid one. I guess I wasn't as naughty as I thought I was!!

We decided to pass on gifts this year since we went to WDW. Well, except for DS--he got some toys, books, etc. DH and I did splurge on a new DVD player--one that holds 400 discs!!! We're both too lazy to get up and change DS's DVDs in the 5-disc changer, so we got the new one. (Did I mention that we have a "cage" around the TV--a Kidco Playden to keep DS away from all the electronics, which is why it's a pain to change the discs). That and DH wants to be able to listen to music without having to change the discs in the DVD player. So the "old" 5-disc changer will go into DS's room along with the new 16" TV he'll get sometime between now and his birthday in March (waiting for the $30 GC from Circuit City as a rebate for buying the DVD player--which was purchased through MyPoints, of course). I figure once Baby #2 comes, I'll be watching lots of videos the first few months while Baby sleeps in my arms.

I got Disney Dollars (to save for my May trip), GC's to Barnes & Noble, the 2 new Rod Stewart CD's, an Eagles Jacket (home field through the Playoffs! - WooHoo!!) and a Jewelry Armoire.

I must have been pretty good this year!

I got a Mickey jigsaw puzzle. It's a photomosaic one. 1000 pieces of different Disney scenes, that when put together, shows Mickey!

My parents got me the freezer I had been wanting. It was I joint gift for me and my husband so I felt bad and broke down and we got our DVD player(Karen, I thought we were the last too!!) We got the one with the vhs too so we would not have to switch all the kids disney sing alongs to dvd. I do feel bad for my kids because they all knew how to turn on, rewind and play the old vcr (dd4, ds2, dd2) and they are all real confused right now but I'm sure by the end of the week they will have it figured out!

DH and I really don't get each other much since we usually buy what we really need throughout the year. DH did get me a miniature waterfall (I like white noise when I sleep), a CD organizer for my car and some cool CD's (Sinatra and Tony Bennett).

BUT, my bestest gift of all is when DH said that I could go ahead and book a 7 day Eastern cruise on the Magic that my friend is organizing. I absolutely cannot wait! We probably won't end up going to WDW in March of 2005, but that's ok because I'd really love to go on a cruise. I'm hoping to check off one of the things on my "Things To Do In My Lifetime" list which is swimming with dolphins. It's going to be expensive, but well worth it.

everyone's been good so santa didn't have to leave any coal!!!

anyway Ive been teasing my DH that our DD has a bigger diamond in her promise ring then I do in my engagement ring

so DH wnt out and got me a swirl like ring with diamonds in the swirls!!!

Its just beautiful

then if that wasn't enough since we're goping to WDW in oct for our 25th anniversary he went and got me my hopper pass!!!!

now all I have to is wait for a good airfare!!!

I got exactly what I wanted from my kids...brand new cookie sheets, muffin pans, pizza pans and cake pans!!

DH and I hardly ever exchange gifts because we buy each other things throughout the year...we just buy for our kids at christmas...although I did get him a GC to his favorite Electronics place and he did buy me a ring I had wanted!
