I make a lot of egg white omelets, or hard boil a bunch of eggs and just eat the white. I also love love love LOVE my vitatops. Not sure if you have seen these, but they are these muffin tops that come in different flavors (basically all of the chocolate ones are good) for 100 calories each. I have this with a little bowl of fruit and I am good to go. I can't find vitatops in stores here so I order mine through Amazon.
I make the quaker oatmeal (2 points) and add a tablespoon of peanut butter. It is so delicious and filling. You can also add some 0 point jam!
I'd skip the 3 points and 12 grams of fat with the butter!
