OT: Video Hosting

Where do you guys host videos? I am using Vimeo right now, and it is nice but it takes to long to convert videos as I think it is getting bigger. I am willing to pay for the hosting, if it is reasonable.

Smugmug hosts video. I don't know if it is just the top 2 tiers or all 3 but I know it is there.
