I bought Cars and Princess wallies at Home Depot just last week. I did see the Tink ones there as well.
I use ours to decorate three-pronged folders that the kids use as journals on our trips. I've also seen them decorating the doors of WDW resorts. (You can't use tape to hang things!!) They are somewhat expensive, but the Mickey and Goofy ones that I had for last time are now being used on my PassPorter. They are reusable and movable, but you do need to use care when peeling them off the original use. If you pull too hard or fast, the edges can crinkle and stretch out. Just take it slow and careful and you won't have any problems.
I'm not sure how much they are on line, but I believe that paid $11 for a box. Each box had 19 or 20 stickers. Maybe that will give you a comparison.
