This is just an FYI. A family friend is gluten free and living in a nursing home. I wanted to bring him lunch on his birthday.
I googled gluten free restaurants and found some blogs with many different options. Knowing the friend has no sea food issues I looked at red lobster's allergy menu. I was crazy impressed how easy it was to use. It was for set dates, presumably to coordinate with marketing promotions. I was able to quickly and easily find a good option. I called, placed a takeout order mentioned the gluten issue, and it was ready as promised. I wish other restaurants did such a good job with their menus.
