OT - recipes in What to Expect.. book

A friend of mine had the "What to Eat When You're Expecting" book, and gave it away after her pregnancy. Now that fall is here, she wants to make a couple of the recipes again anyway, and is regretting not copying them down first. Does anyone have the book? - and would you be willing to post:

rice pudding
tomato soup
broccoli cheese bread soup
