OT: Recent Weather

Hi all I'm heading to Orlando on Saturday for a short visit with friends. I don't like to fly and I'm worried about a rough flight from a tropical storm. When I checked on line it looks like you're getting nothing but rain. I'd really like to here from a local on what I should expect and prepare for.

It's too soon to tell what is going to happen with the tropical disturbance that is out there. Just keep checking the weather. www.wftv.com is a great local weather station.
