I've watched every season of the x factor type shows and american idol. Lol. My favourite shows for sure (and Ugly betty.)

OMG, I just read your tickers!! Lol. How many days are you home before you're back again?

A week and a day!! When I leave it will still be set up for Halloween and when I go back 8 days later it will have transformed into Christmas . I'm very lucky with my Disney trips this year!!

No I don't work weekends unless I do the physio at the football but the team had an away game which I don't cover.

I have been food shopping & then helping my mum & dad with the gardening

Been doing a little bit more Christmas shopping today!

Every year we (Well, mostly me, but we say we!!) make a hamper for Robert's parents as part of their Christmas pressies. I usually put in some nice pâtés, oatcakes, wine, a Christmas Candle, cinnamon sticks, etc.... This year we've bought a few bits nice and early for it:

- Lobster Pâté
- Venison Pâté
- Smoked Salmon Pâté
- A little Elephant shaped tin of Earl Grey
- Caramalised Onion Chutney
- Tomato and Garlic Chutney
- Fruit Chutney
- A little old fashioned glass jar of jelly babies

A nice little haul I feel! Now I just need a nice bottle of wine, the candle and maybe some cinnamon sticks tied with ribbon....

I have nearly finished getting my niece & nephews presents. Fortunately they are still very young so I can get the present early without them changing their minds about what they like

Lol- Thats always the problem with kids, isn't it? When I used to work in the Playcentre, I can remember one Xmas eve talking to a little girl about what she wanted for Christmas... They were just heading home for the night, and she was going to have a bath and go to bed early because she wanted Christmas morning to come round quickly... I asked her what she was hoping to get for Christmas and she said: "A Rocking Horse.".... Her parent's faces fell to the floor!!!! Bearing in mind it was 4pm on Christmas eve, I don't think they stood a chance of getting her one in time! Her Dad asked to borrow our phone book to ring Argos and pray they'd be open.... Whilst I was getting him it out of the office he said: "We've already bought her a really nice bike!! And then she wanted to be an artist, so we've got her and Easel and everything!!".... Poor man looked to be at breaking point!

I've been to the metrocentre today, was very unproductive I only came back with some new tights and some new work shoes! I'm very disapointed!

I wouldn't be laughing if it had been my kids though. It reminds me of my niece last year, she was telling everyone she wanted horse that was pink , needless to say she didn't get that & she was more then happy with her presents
