That sounds so much fun, I would love that. I'm a little worried though as it will be my mums 1st Disney trip and I don't want to scare her!! lol

I'm sure they would be subtle if you said you wanted the cake but no singing:rotfl:

Bob, I rarely go to pubs either. Your dissertation sounds interesting, what are you doing your degree in? My degree was in music.

That's fair enough. I went to the pub on Saturday lunchtime for the first time in 2 years!!

Took Kacee for a pub lunch and a pint (of fruit shoot) while the Mrs was looking at baby stuff

My I was really little my Dad used to talk me for walks to the next village along (About a five mile round walk!) and we used to go to the pub and he'd have half a pint and I'd have half a coke, and then we'd walk home past the churches and look at wild mushrooms and flowers, and occasionally see a hedgehog or two! It was a lovely way to spend the day!

Kacee is such a nice name, I always think that when I see the name. Pub lunches are always better in the sun sitting outside for some reason. They're never the same to me when your stuck around a pub table

Karen, I've just checked Bunnycam... Are the rabbits not out today??

Bob xoxox

I'm off work sick and still in my pj's and dressing gown so I haven't been out in the garden yet! I guess I could go let them out though, just don't laugh at me in my pink dressing gown when I go out back!!

My degree is Media, Culture and Society.... I thought it would be a good choice for me as I'm really into all three, but I was very cross when they swapped my degree over to the school of politics and made us do politics modules... I wasn't happy! This year isn't as bad though as I've picked most of my modules. I'm doing Animated Film and Popular Music and Film for my options, and then my core modules are Media, Culture and Postmodernism (I think, I don't have that until Feb....) and New Media Cultures....

Whereabouts did you do your degree?

That sounds beautiful. Luckily for us there are some lovely pubs near the Castle in Rochester, about 5 mins from where we live.

Ahh thanks! It took us ages to come to an agreement with the name.

My Mum still swears to this day that he is named after 'Casey's Hotdogs' in DLRP

They are out now Bob!

Aww damn! I missed you!! Go back outside and wave to me!! Lol!!!!

Ooof! I got a right fright there- The cat just jumped up at the camera and I didn't have a clue what it was!!

It was a lovely way to spend time with my Dad.... :goodvibes

Robert has a friend called Kacey... Until I met him I'd never heard of a boy being called Kacee/Kacey, but I think it's a really cool name!

I did my degree at Bretton Hall which was a college of Leeds uni. It's inbetween Wakefield and Barnsley so you have probably passed it (it is in the village by Wooley Edge services on the M1.) It was stunning, a 17th century mansion set in several hundred acres of country park with 2 lakes!!

Kacee gets mistaken all the time for a girl (until people see him) Guess it's my own fault but it really winds me up sometimes especially when the Doctor put Miss Kacee Lincoln on his perscription!!!

The cat was probably jumping out of the way of the bunnies, they chase them!!

I probably have passed it then! Robert's Dad drives at the speed of light though so I probably haven't seen it!! :lmao:

Well, I've had a similar problem! When I was little my parents called me 'Baby Bob' and it stuck, and when they used to talk about 'Robyn' people often assumed I was a boy.... Robert calls me Bob (Half the people in his office are utterly baffled when I ring up and say: "Hi, is Robert there? It's Robyn!") and people I haven't met (Like, talking to online) think I'm a boy most of the time.... I've got to say, the doctor getting it wrong would annoy me a lot!

Ooh how exciting!! So what are your plans for when you are there? Do you have any meals booked?

Yep we have our meals all booked.

The plan is to get there, checkin and sort our stuff out in our room - if its ready then go over to Annettes for a late lunch then go back to the room if it was ready earlier- then off in to the park, we normaly go into the studio first but have decided to go there first thing the next day. As the park open until 10pm we'll just spend the afternoon and evening in there and hopfully get on a few rides in the dark! :goodvibes Maye grab a snack on the way back to the hotel.

Isn't it great! I noticed that this morning.

:woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo: I'm soooo excited

Robert had a rabbit when he was little, and it used to chase a cat round their garden too!

I think thats what I am looking forward to the most on our trip. In all our DLRP trips we have never been there when the park was still open after dark before. Plus I love taking night time photography so I am looking forward to taking some cool night shots.

When we moved into our house the field next to us used to have loads of wild rabbits on it. Our biggest cat had to be taken to the vet 4 times because the rabbits would come up to him and bite him. After the 4th visit to the vet it got too embarasing and I knew what to do anyway!! Bear in mind this cat weighs 16lbs and is over a metre long when he stretches out!!
