OT: NYC Brunch

Hello DIS friends. We are heading to NY for a long weekend Easter Weekend. Looking for a good choice for Easter brunch (if it is not too late to get reservations). We are staying near Times Square and will be doing an early 7am mass at St Patrick's cathedral. Any ideas or thoughts. Thanks.

Thank you both. We have booked Norma's and it sounds perfect. I also loved the Sarabeth's menus and since there are several locations will try to see if one fits on our plans on a different day. Appreciate the help.
