OT - Niagara Falls

We are planning on taking the kids to Niagara Falls for the weekend Sept 10/11 (Sat/Sun night) and was wondering about a hotel.
We have not stayed at the falls for years and have yet to with the kids.
I would like to be an easy walk to Clifton and the falls so I am kind of leaning towards The Quality Inn on Clifton. We stayed here YEARS ago and loved the location. We have also stayed at the Brock and the Sheraton beside it (when it was called the Foxhead) but think the price would probably be less at the Quality Inn.
The indoor pool/outdoor pool/playground looks like a place the kids would really enjoy.

Can anyone tlel me anything about the Quality Inn on Clifton or could reccommend another hotel closeby that would be reasonably priced.

Hi,

We stayed at the Quality Inn Clifton Hill a few weeks ago and I would recommend it. The location was great and the kids really liked the pool. If you go on Marineland's website and click under accomodations, it will give you a discount code for 20 percent off. Hope this helps!

The quality inn and comfort inn on clifton are both good hotels. Goto the choice hotels website and register and they will send you deals for their hotels for two night stays in niagara. Another hotel you may like to try would be the days inn on victoria(up clifton hill turn left and it is on your right hand side beside the howard johnson. We have stayed there many times and it is clean and has a nice indoor pool that is usually not too busy. The walk to clifton hill is only 5 min if that. Hope this helps.

My DH and I stayed http://www.renaissancefallsview.com/ we got it with priceline for $40.00 a night! it was really really nice and the pool was amazing with a water fall at the end too.. I think the kids would love it!
The rooms were big and spacious as well.. I would try for 4* in priceline and see what you get! IF you do end up staying there they charge for parking but you can park for free at the casino straight across the road, just a tip for you!

Glad to hear that Renaissance Fallsview is nice - DH and I have booked a deluxe room with jacuzzi there for our Niagara visit! Can't wait!

I'm jealous.....My DH and I went there twice in Sept (once for our honeymoon). The weather was great both times.

Now that we live in MD it's not exactly just a quick weekend trip..... (7-8 hr drive)
