This isn't DIS related but I could use some positive thinking and pixie dust for something that is pretty minor in the big scheme of things but is very big in a 3 yr. old boys life.
We went to a Target near our home this evening to get a prescription filled for my oldest DS. We leave and after we get home and my youngest starts asking for his Nintendo DS and then I realized that it was missing. I immediately called the store who sent someone out to check the shopping carts and I ran back up to the store. In the thirty minutes from the time that we left the store up to the time that I got back up to the store (we live at most 7 minutes from the store) someone had found it and left with it. Even before I was a mom there is no way that I'd have kept something that was obviously a child's toy, I would have turned it into the store. I know that we'll never see that Nindtendo DS again and I am kicking myself over and over because ultimately it was my responsibility and I didn't check the shopping cart very good after getting our stuff out.
So if I can ask for positive thoughts and pixie dust that this person's conscious will kick in and they'll return it to the store I'd appreciate it. TIA
