OT - Nathan Philips Square to Hummingbird Centre

How long would it take me to walk there?
Where is a good place to eat with kids near the Hummingbird?
Any advice is appreciated!

Depending on the age of the children, I think no more than half an hour to walk to the Hummingbird Centre.

There is a Shopsy's right across the street from Hummingbird but could be very busy. Just a couple of blocks away is the Olde Spaghetti Factory, it is great fun.

There is a Richtree restaurant at the corner of Yonge and Wellington. It is only 1 block north of the Hummingbird. The food is great and it's a lot of fun. You are given a card and you go around to the food stations and get what you want. They have excellent wood oven pizzas (made to order) that my kids love.

I second this vote! It is called Le Marche and is excellent... kids or no kids. Right around the corner from the Hummingbird Center in the BCE Building.

It is no longer called Marche. It was bought by the Richtree corp and is now just called Richtree.

Went to Marche (when it was Marche), it was great. But with kids I would go with Spaghetti factory, it is just south of the Hummingbird. We love to go there as a family.

It's still exactly the same they just changed the name.
