Just got this email from PayPal....was taking a look on the website and wondering if this would be a good opportunity to get stuff from Disney they will only mail within US (i.e personalized tour maps last time I recall could only be mailed within US)? Also, possibly save shipping from DisneyShopping.com??

Anyway, might be worthwhile for folks more familiar with shipping/online shopping to check out. I would be interested in others opinions!

You need to watch as these companies forward your packages to you via courier which has very high brokerage fees....i did use a service like this once, but the high brokerage fees were a deal breaker for me...........

This topic came up in a thread last week. One look at the pricing schedule for Canada and you know it's a rip off. Keep in mind the rates posted are ONLY for the shipping fees with the chosen carrier(s) - you'd still have to pay brokerage fees.

I got that email too! I looked into services like that in the past and like PP said - ended up costing WAY too much money! But if there is something that you really want it might be worth it but I would "shop around". Then there is duty and taxes added on too - cha ching

Try Ebay if there is something specific you want (obviously not the maps LOL) ... often times you can get new items shipped as a gift and won't be charged all the extra fee )
