OT- Mirvish ticket lottery questions

Maybe someone here has participated in the lottery and can tell me how it works. I'm not from T.O. but will be spending my B-day weekend there. I wanted to see War Horse but $130/ ticket is out of my budget. I saw they're offering a lottery 2 hours before the performance. How exactly does that work. Do people line up way in advance of the 2 hour mark? How do they let you know if you won? Anything else you can tell me would be great. Besides the few live shows I've seen in the town I live in I'm pretty much a theater virgin.

I haven't done a Mirvish lottery in a few years but usually what happens is you arrive before the two hour mark. (you may want to check with box office, some used to allow you to enter your name as soon as the box office opened so if you are in the area you can get it over with) They take names down and then at the 2 hour mark they pull names. You aren't there they pull another name etc.

Its pretty quick and sometimes you do get lucky
