OT-Medieval Times Q's

Has anyone on here been to Medieval Times? Is it worth the price?

All four of our birthday's are in Feb and March and DH and I wanted to do something this weekend and I thought to surprise him with this. He has been talking about going for a while. It will cost about $140 for all 4 of us for regular tickets. Is it worth it to upgrade to the royalty?

Is the show pretty well paced? I am positive my DS will be great but DD gets antsy if things lag.

We LOVE Mid evil times! We have only been once and wanted to go again this year. Its alot of fun and we did upgrade and we were in the front row! My boys loved it. The food was fine. Make sure you get them Knighted they will honar them during the dinner as well. Have a great time!

We (dh and I both 28) love it there. We have gone twice in the past 4 years and when we went to Vegas went to the dinner show out there that is similar. We think it is a good time, lots of cheering, clapping, screaming fun. I don't know what the royalty package is about. Did you check for a AAA discount?

It is really fun and paced really well. It will be a GREAT family outing!

Thanks! I went ahead and booked the tickets with the upgrade since I would like good seats and we would probably want the picture and flags anyway. I am bringing the kids some extra food since I am not sure they will eat everything they serve and I ordered myself the vegetarian meal since I'm not a big roasted chicken or ribs person and it sounds delish! I think we will all love it!

For the future, if you sign up with your email on the MT website, you will get special offers. I like their costumes for kids (fairly cheap) we got a knight's outfit that DS4 uses at preschool every year when they have a princes/princesses/knights party.

I use retailmenot all the time! LOL It is bookmarked on my computer! I did use one of the codes from there last night and it saved me about $80.
