OT - let the chatting begin....... CHAT thread

What a great birthday your sister's having, Kizzabelle. :goodvibes

I'm having a quiet weekend too - DH is working overtime both days but on the plus side it means more for the holiday pot.

mucho tightening of purse strings!! but yet im not saving a penny!! bills are flying in at the minute
have to pay for DDs drama classes tomorrow (definately worth the money as shes gotten veeeeeeery dramatic lately :rolleyes1) and im waiting on the electricity bill. i fear its gonna be a bad'un!

oooh and my sisters having a blast although thinks she gotten whiplash from the turbo on her new car... I am green with envy!!!

I know what you mean kizzabel it seems there's always something to pay out for, no matter what I set aside I feel like I'm having to dip into it every month  I would love to sell up and downsize or relocate sadly I'd lose too much money at the moment but running a big house on one wage is a challenge to say the least!

Glad your sister's making the most of it, why not especially before the weather turns too much, I have a feeling we're in for an early and cold winter :scared1:

Great news!! :cool1: We should exchange tomorrow and have a completion date of Monday 26th. We'll be doing the whole move in the morning  but hopefully should be able to finish all the packing over the weekend before. I think we'll be unpacking for a while!!! ;)

Thanks, hope it runs smoothly for you when you move:thumbsup2

i think this is going to be a very laid back trip for a change lol

How I always do my trips to Disney & they always turn out fine:goodvibes

im dreading having to pack lol.

ash has picked out her dresses, surprise surprise she wants to take them all lol.

i have sorted out shoes for her but still need some accessories.

awww bless i see that a lot where the older child just talks for the younger one and it takes them a while to catch up. that happened with my friends two kids.

We watched cars 2 this evening and he spoke a bit, which is natural seein as his app is tomorrow!! how come kids always make theyre parents look like theyre exaggerating at the doctors?!?!

Ash must be so excited. What dresses are packed?

Afternoon all, it's been ages since i posted on here. :goodvibes

9 sleeps to go and i am sooooo unorganised. I've no idea what to pack, i have spent 2 days in town trying to find a nice pair of jeans that fit properly :headache: If they fit in the waist they are too long in the leg and if they fit on the leg then they are cutting me in half on the waist. Who would have thought buying some jeans would be such a mammoth task!

We booked our Eiffel Tower tickets the other day and went for a 7.30pm slot (sunset) keeping my fingers crossed that it doesn't rain on the Friday.

I am looking forward to being there for the 1st day of the Halloween season, i was slightly disappointed to hear the the pumkinmen won't be there this year but just read on DLRP magic about it being more like Disneyland California this year. I looked at some photos of that park at Halloween and it looks lovely. Sort of country and crafty if that makes sense.

Afternoon, I have the same problem with jeans too. I'm trying to see if I can squeeze a little trip to Disney again this year.

Fingers crossed the weather stays fine for your trip:thumbsup2

Our trip is to mainly celebrate our daughters 10th birthday at Halloween but also my hubbys 40th (in Dec) and our 15th wedding anniversary (in Nov). :lovestruc
