Hello Bob, your Wedding Guest Book is so lovely. One tip, have someone look after it rather than it just be passed around or left on a table. When I got married many many moons ago, we had one and I don't know if people thought they were saving paper but all the notes and signatures are in the front with virtually the whole book now blank.

Bob, your guest book is lovely !!! We had a scroll - well, a long sheet of paper lol - and even with 2 people sitting at the table telling the guests to sign all over the scroll, everyone still kinda signed close to one another lol.

I did too - waaaay back in 2001. Fab, isn't it? Your proposal story more romantic than mine, I have to say - mine was outside Buzz Lightyear Pizza Planet, one knee in a puddle, pizza sauce on his chin. In the rain.

But still magical. Dinner at CG the night we got engaged, too.

If you go to California Grill, ask to see the guest books - look at Sept 2001, Nov 2002, 03, 04....

You do realise you now have to go there for your honeymoon, and every subsequent wedding anniversary??

Anyway I've just reappeared here as i booked a rather last minute, unplanned trip - on 9 March, hurrrah - and saw your trip report. Fab news. Congrats again.

can i join you!!! i got engaged in the hotel room of the cheyanne in March 2005, the plan was to ask me under the castle but i spoilt the suprise when i unpacked the suitcase and found the ring hidden in roy's shoe!!!!
we now also have our very own disney baby on the way... so lots more trips... theres our annual anniv trip in March, xmas trip, babys birthday trip... just beacuse trip!!!

Hurray - it's finally time to be able to start dancing, because it's nine days left until our snowboarding trip to Slovenia .



I'm looking forward to all the snow - we didn't get a great deal where I live, but there's still about 1m of snow on the slopes in Slovenia, which is much better than the past couple of years. All I have to do now is hope there's not a sudden heatwave

Thanks - I'll see if i can dig out some nice pictures on my return as it's a lovely, quiet village - not too touristy at all. The views from the top of the mountains are really nice as well as you can see almost the entire village

(We've been together 14 years so don't have any sense of urgency!) Maybe once you've finished planning your own you could get started on mine

bob - gorgeous guest book!! and yes - do get sum1 to take it round or be in charge!!

torsie - do get one - they are great momentos.....

we didnt have one, but we did a guest book for everyone to write messages in at each of the boys christenings - lovely to look back at what ppl have written to them..... guest books are lovely regardless of how many ppl write in them - just the memories make them special!!
