Help, My ds fleese went through the wash with a sticker on it. Now it has adhesive where the sticker used to be. I have no idea how to get it off. Does anyone have any ideas??:laundy:

I have done this more times than I can count! My DDs LOVE stickers. ;)

I use Goo Gone. I'm pretty sure I just found it with normal cleaning supplies at Wal-Mart. It's orange liquid in a squirt bottle, not a spray top. Squirt a little on the sticky spot and let it sit for a couple minutes. Then wipe it with a towel or paper towel, and the adhesive bits break up and come right off. I always rinse the spot in the sink, then throw it in the wash again. (Directions say to wash separately so the goo gone doesn't get on your other clothes.)

Thank you!! :goodvibes I really like the sweatshirt and I really did not want it to be wrecked. I will try goo gone.

I 2nd the GooGone it's amazing stuff the small 6 or 8 oz bottle not the big huge 32 oz tho. That little bottle is MAGIC does everything the bottle says too. If not found in the household cleanin supplies look in the automotive section I usually find it there.

You can also cover the sticker with a clean rag or washcloth and iron it. I worked at a restaurant years ago that required you to advertise different promotions with stickers. I left them on almost daily. Ironing worked every time.
