Hi All ~ It's been such a fun summer so far that I've been SLACKING and SNACKING. I've gain back a few pounds! YIKES :scared1:

So tonight I did 4km on my tready. I'm eating better starting NOW!

I'm trying to get my head around a Disney trip next March. Seven months away and I want to lose at least 30 more pounds. I'm down 50lbs, YEAH ME, but I need to get back on track!

I'm with you! :thumbsup2 I've been walking regularly to lose inches and "train" for Disney in September. I'm going in for surgery tomorrow, but will be back on the bandwagon within seven days if I can help it.
All I can say is "WOW" to your 50 lbs already!!! Clearly you already have it all figured out and just need to stick to what you already know. :worship:
I eat really well, but every year seems to be more of a struggle to lose which is why I have to keep up with exercise. I'm considering joining a dance class - I think it might feel more like fun! :lmao:

I am a slacker too! And summer is getting me too!! I lost 10lbs in March/April, but I am sure I probably put some back on. I will be trying for more for our September trip. I would like to lose another 15-20 lbs in total. (not for Sept though) :rolleyes1 Good luck to you!!!! :thumbsup2
 
I registered to run a half marathon at the end of September to ensure that I wouldn't slack. I figured it would also be good practice for the WDW half in January as well.

I don't have a problem with the training but getting out the door has always been a challenge for me, especially in the summer! Because of the hot and humid temperatures, I need to get out early in the morning. Not easy for someone who's not a morning person!

My motivation has been my results so far. I haven't had much weight loss but I know that I've been losing because I'm able to fit into clothing that I haven't worn in a few years.

If you head over to the WISH board, there are lots of others who are trying to lose weight as well. I think the support there is fantastic :)
