The video does have a proliberal/proenvironmentalist/anti consumerism/anticapitialiam bend to it but overall there are some good points that are made in it. It can be eye opening into consumer waste. Also, the speaker does throw some "facts" out without supporting the info. That being said I use it in my High schoolSociology class when we discuss economic starta, globalization, technological advances between the "haves" and the "have nots". It really developes into a great discussion point for the students.
