OT I found a place to live in FL! Does anyone know the Viera Area?

I searched forever for short term lease for a house and could not find one. So it looks like we ended up a town north in an apartment. The area is called Viera and it looks pretty nice. Anyone familiar with this area? I called and got the crime report and it is pretty low. Schools look fantastic. I think we will be here 3-6 months. It is starting to feel very real!!!
