OT ~ How is your Christmas Shopping going?

Hi All ~ I just spent the day in St. Jacob's Cmas shopping. I'm so surprised that I'm almost done my Cmas shopping. How are you all doing? S

I just spent the last 3 days in Buffalo shopping. Pretty much have it all wrapped up

Good going! I still have to finish my kids...but that's the fun part! I got almost everyone else done! S

Done.... Done.... Done!! Well except for a few stocking stuffers that I will go get today when the IL's show up!

Dh and I took the day off Friday to get the last items while the kids were in school.... had to head to a martial arts supply store to get my 11.5yo a Bo.... he's asking Santa for weapons for Christmas!!lol Couldn't have 'normal' kids that ask for toys or games could I?!?!

Or a sister who doesn't tell you what she wants? ) and two more for my own-to finish 'even-ing' out the five kids....and then stocking stuffers (going to Shoppers on Thursday after 12 hours of school/interviews).

Over and done with!!!! Everything is wrapped, and today we are putting on the X-Mas lights ourdoor, and the X-Mas tree inside!!!

Sandra I just love St. Jacob's! Infact we're planning a visit there pretty soon too.

I'm well into my shopping and we're going away to Frankenmuth Michigan soon for a couple of get-a-way days to do some shopping (especially Bronners Christmas store!). And I hopefully will be done in the next couple of weeks.

Im almost there. Almost. Just a couple of things that can wait for a couple of weeks. Ive got family all over Canada and its right now a push to get those parcels out in time for Christmas.
Dh and I are simple. Were taking each other to Disneyworld again in feb

I'm mostly done. I'm having a t-shirt quilt made for my mom and step-dad, so I just have to wait for that to be done and pick it up and pay for it.

I need to buy a phone card for my aunt. My cousin bought her a Tracfone. She's 73 and still drives all over the place on her own. I'm not talking about the grocery store. I'm talking from SE Iowa to Kansas City for Thanksgiving!!! So, my cousin (not her daughter) and I decided to get her a phone and a card for it for Christmas. She'll get more use out of it hopefully than the wreath I usually send.

I have to buy DH's uncle a gift and ship it to Colorado for a gift exchange.

Still need to get some stocking stuffers for DH.

Then all that's left is to order the savings bonds for the niece and nephews and I'm done.

I buy the grandmas wreaths. Have them shipped in the first or second week of December and they get to enjoy them thru the season. I've also sent a holiday centerpiece. They seem to enjoy them.

This year, all my friends and myself decided not to exchange gifts - we are giving to operation Christmas Child instead. We all put a box together and sent them off. We decided with so much termoil in the world (hurricane's and tsunami's) that we all had enough to be appreciative of. With my family, we all just picked a name and are only exchanging with that one person. I only had one gift to buy this year and it's been done already.
