OT: How big is YOUR littlest pet shop?

I cleaned out and sorted the toy boxes last weekend when the rain had us stuck indoors, and was overwhelmed by the tally...135! Our Pet Shops fill up and entire cheese Ball bucket! And I am IN LOVE with the new line that came out.
In all fairness, the LPS are just as much mine as the kids, so its not really thier problem.
Does anyone else have a Littlest Pet Shop addiction?

We did have one but I sold it on ebay. We still have a few. I have a HUGE (almost as tall as me) box of Polly's I need to rid of. In fact, we have a lot of toys that I need to get rid of. This weekend I will sort between Salvation army and a consignment shop. It is time to clear out all this mess!!! There are some advantages to them getting older, some!!!!!

YES!!! My DD is hooked. Now I'm going to get the kids to count them. I would guess she's closing in on 100 pets. I'll post my counting results soon!

I don't because I have boys. However my neice or I should say my sister does! Just the other day I was at her house and my neice pulled all of them out. We were at the dining room table and I asked my sister how much each little pet costs. She said it averaged out to be about $5 each. (most came in sets) My mouth hit the floor my neice easily had abut 100. I counted them all and handed to my sister and said here is a coach purse! LOL We all laughed.

It is nice though because my neice does love them and it is nice to see her get excited about them. I remember when I was young and would daydream about getting a new toy. My neice is always talking about what new pet came out and the one she plans on getting.

I told my sister I am thankful I have boys, but then she reminded me of the Thomas the train obsession my son has.

I do! Our Pet Shop is overflowing - DH and I are both "collectors" by nature and it is really hard to resist not buying every single one. They are $4-5 apiece (usually there are 2 in a pack though) for the small packages - but it is a great little "gift" for DD for a special day at school or something. She usually gets the playsets for birthday/Christmas. I think she is outgrowing them a bit, but I still think they are adorable. She plays with them some (like she has all of her guinea pigs out because she's trying to convince us to buy a her a REAL guinea pig...), but not as much as she used to.

I would venture to say she easily has over 200 pets (we've been collecting for close to 3 years though - since they first "came back") - probably closer to 300 if I'm being totally honest, but I've never counted!

I just sent my DS and DD to count our herd of lil pet shops and we are at 128+ not counting all the pieces and accessories that go along with each one....they are really cute...
Now does anyone want to count LEGOS? DS is addicted

I just counted my daughter's LPS Pets and she has a grand total of 4. How pitiful is that?

I'm not sure how many my daughters have, but I will say the big play sets were a huge waste of money! They just want to set up the little pets. My daughter's 10th birthday was so funny. She had 9 girls and about half of her gifts were LPS. One minute the girls would all be dancing and singing to music I wasn't all that convinced they were old enough to be listening to (I'm a Barbie girl, in a Barbie world...) the next they're sitting on the floor playing with LPS. I guess they're a good "transitional" toy.

My dd4 has 30. That is alot considering she just started collecting last Sept. And we don't buy her things unless it isher birthday or Christmas! She got a few for her birthday and more for Christmas. She does want the newest playset, but we already have 3! Maybe for her birthday....we'll see@!
