I know of a great website for basic music theory instruction:
www.musictheory.net

It has drills, and lessons, and feels like a video game and tracks your score.

As for other music lessons yo umight want to try picking up some teacher editions of books from music vendors such as JWPepper.

(I am a PT CM, but a FT Music teacher at home.)

P.S. Music Ace software is really age appropriate as well.
