OT - Harry Potter

Hi ... Sorry for diverging from the topic of the board. I just heard that the new Harry Potter book will be released on July 21. This is the day we will be leaving DLP and heading home. Does anyone know if I will be able to pick up an English version of the book at DLP or at CDG? Is there a bookstore at CDG where I cab preorder it for pickup? Thanks .. I need something to read on the flight home!!!

You could always take a quick train trip to Val d'Europe, I'm sure they'd stock it one of the shops - it being so close to DLRP they could be somewhere that stocks English copies anticipating English visitors from DLRP.

Thats an idea, but I'm flying back to Toronto on the 21st on an 11:40 am flight. Don't know if I'ld have time, unless Val d'Europe is close to the airport ?? I'm thinking I'll have to wait until I get home. Something to look forward to after the trip!

First, Dumbledore would have never pled for his own life. I fully believe he was pleading with Snape to go ahead and kill him in order to save Draco.

I totally agree ... I believe that Dumbledore knew that Snape had to do this in order to get in with Voldemort so he can help Harry! The only question is how is he going to convince Harry that he is still on the side of goodl!

I don't think he will until the last moment. He's, IMO, going to wind up sacrificing his own life in order to help Harry kill Voldemort.

Did you hear that they've set up a hotline for young teens reading the book because they're afraid they will be distraught about all the death in this one? She announced yesterday, I think, that she's wound up killing two more characters than she had originally planned.
