OT: Hannah Montana wireless microphone - how does it work?

My dd wants one, but can't figure out if her voice or hannah's voice will come out on closeby fm radio when she sings into it. Anyone own of these?

Your voice comes out on it and you need to be pretty close to the radio for it to work.

My dd has one. It stinks! She uses it to lip sync. It doesn't work very well.

My DD also has one and it doesn't work worth a flip!!

granddaughter, took a few minutes to find a station that it would broadcast on, but seemed to work pretty well. She enjoyed it. Mic also has buttons which overlay audience cheers and other sound effects over your voice.

My daughter got one for Christmas, what a piece of junk! We've never been able to get it to work with any of our radios.

Ours works very well..it just has to be on a specific radio station. I dont know which one it is but I can ask DD7 when she gets home from school.

thanks these replies have me on the fence, but unfortunately I ordered new one off ebay before I read the first negative reviews. Hopefully I can get it to work.
