Well, after seeing Jackie's pumpkins I will not be taking a photo of mine, let alone posting one! They are brilliant, Jackie - you must be a very artistic person.

guys you are so talented, I'd probably carve my hand or the work top!

No he wasn't but Colin was talking about him and that other guy is it Derek Acorra?(sp) he had nothing but praise for them!:) They must be good too:)

Have you or your mum seen any of them live or is it from books/tv?

She loves Tony Stockwell....

She's seen them live a couple of times... She was meant to be seeing a medium tonight actually (Local fella) but she was too poorly. Shes been read before, but by more local mediums at the Spiritualist Church....

Has Tony been on the program sixth sense? I remember a guy with a right english accent on there and he was fab but can't remember his name:)

I have only been to a spiritualist church about 3 or 4 times in about 4 years and then last night.

Your poor mum hope she feels better soon xxxx

I will get a carving kit. I was thinking I'd manage with an icecream scoop and a vegetable knife.:rotfl: I bet they're all sold out tomorrow.

Bob, yours are great. I might try to do a little one like your huey.

I was looking for Disney pictures and found this: jls4.com/portfolio/images/disney_stencils_05.jpg

I am terrible at links, lol. You could carve a Mickey pumpkin! I have never carved a pumpkin. I have no confidence and I'm sure it would just end up as a pulpy mess.

Give it a go! I thought I'd be rubbish as well but just carving the usual 'jack-o-lantern' face is pretty easy. I attempted the 'castle' one this year and I kinda botched it up but it still looks ok from a distance. Then I did the usual face on the other side lol.

I thought they'd be a waste of time the carving kits... I really wish I'd got one now!!

I just love the little pumpkins.... They're cute!

Awww bless, best way though to feel better!;)

She seems to think so!

Great pumpkins (and butternut squash), esp yours Jackie! Will post mine in a sec... need to resize them first.

I am sure Tesco will have one or two left ;)

We didn't try Inverness tesco but we tried the one in Dingwall and there was one there but it looked unloved!!

But hey on the bright side I was reading about the kits and I have one iin my bedroom (don't ask!;) ) so I'm half way there!!
