Hi!
I was wondering if anyone could give me suggestions!
I'm looking for a toy that a 5 year-old can take in the car with him. My husbands sister lives 4 1/2 hours away and she says that her 5 year-old and 3 year-old can't ride in a car that long without driving her wacky!
SO - for XMAS I want to get them something that will keep them busy in the car, so they can come visit!
I was thinking about getting him a game boy and getting the 3 year-old a VideoNow Junior.
I have a 3 year-old girl and a 8 month old boy, so this is a bit out of my league right now! I'd love some suggestions!
Thanks in Advance!

Not as educational as some of the other ideas, but more versatile - everyone has DVDs. Gameboy games (we have those too) are more expensive and require looking at a pretty small screen for a long time.
He does like to play his Gameboy Advanced (but it's probably because DS8 has one). The key with it is to find games that do not have a lot of reading required. Now before I buy him a game, we go to the used game stores and let him try out the games in the store.
