OT-food help needed

I probably should post this on the recipe board but seem to get such fast and good responses here. I am looking for a crockpot recipe. I need to "make a meal for a church friend whose daughter is undergoing cancer treatments. We send the ingrediants and they throw it in the crockpot in the morning and it is ready at the end of the day. I usually just throw in what I have and mix it all in but am looking to see if anyone has any specific recipes that they have tried.

I am another just throw in what I have kind of cook, so I am no help, but here is a link to the cooking board and they have a whole thread just for crock pot cooking so I thought maybe that could help.
