OT: DROID users - I need your help.

I'm thinking about getting a DROID and am interested in the 3g Hotspot capabilities. I know the cost is $20 for a month but, is this something that is locked into your monthly contract (like the data plan) or can I add it and remove it as necessary (like a text plan)??

I am with verizon and you are forced to buy the internet coverage.

The cost for the HTC EVO on sprint is 29.99 a month and I believe you can choose it month to month.

On Verizon you have to pay the monthly data charge, it is $29.99 I think, but it is unlimited (for the time being). The hotspot is an extra charge a month but that you can go month to month on - not locked into a certain amount of time.
