OT - Do you have to "earn" the right to post a picture in your signature?

In my "edit signature" section it says "No" next to "can post photo".

How do I change that? Is it a certain number of posts or something?

Go to the Tech Support Forum, which is the one at the bottom of the Forums listing. There will definitely be someone there who can assist you, or, if they cannot, will have a webmaster asssit.
