OT- Digital camera features?!

I am looking to buy my first digital camera. There is so many and it is confusing! What features do you love, or not love, about yours?

We just got our first Digital Camera in the summer, and I spent a year doing research.
I found that Canon seems to have the best reputation.
I can't remember the exact website I went to but if you google digital camera reviews, it will take you to it.
I spoke to my friends who have cameras aswell, and they all indicated that a big screen was a favourite feature as is one that is moveable.
We settled on a Canon that has a 2.5 screen that turns 180 degrees.

We love our DSLR and the ability to change out the lenses and it is way nicer than our old Canon G2 that we had.
