but not everyone in the class celebrates Christmas.

How to decorate and / or which icing colors? thanks all!
:yay:

You could do colors, Maybe some with red icing, and some with green.
Add some trees to it? Tress are just wintery :)

Just some random thoughts

Snowflakes or snowmen. I saw some cute cupcake decorations on the Today show today. But I can't seem to find the link to the ones I saw. I saw some duckling ones. Oh here is the link Bu tit is video and some of the cupcakes are Christmas. But there are polar bears and snowmen too. Although they do look complicated!

Here is a page from Family Fun that has a snowman cupcake. I didn't look at the directions to see how complicated it was though.

Here is a page from Wilton:

or just go with a Disney themed one!!!

I think snowflakes are always a nice wintery decoration, and it seems like you could do them pretty easily- they are kind of simple design-wise.

White icing with blue colored sugar or sprinkles = snow, icicles, etc.

We have done snowman theme parties when we could not do Christmas parties.
Also, the kids have done gingerbread themes.

I was at Rite Aid today and saw packs of edible snowflakes to decorate with. They would work for your cupcakes if you have Rite Aid nearby.
