OT: D.C. cabs

Hi
Planning a trip to D.C.. This is my first time actually staying in D.C., so how easy is it to hail a cab from a hotel? I know taxis will be abdundant at Union Station, just want to make sure I can get back to train station after my stay. Thanks in advance.

No problem getting a taxi around any of the hotels in DC. Most of them have taxi stands right out front and all you need to do is walk out of the door. Good luck and enjoy DC.
