OT: Customer Service to the Max!

About a month ago I ordered 2 thermos bottles from Goodlifebottles.com - one green and one blue. A week after I ordered them I received the green one, along with a silver one with a note stating the blue bottle was back ordered so they sent the silver bottle as a "please forgive us" gift. They said they would ship the blue one as soon as it was available. Yesterday I received the blue bottle along with another smaller silver bottle and a note stating they sent the smaller bottle, again as a "please forgive the delay" gift. So ultimately, I ended up with 4 bottles for the price of 2!!

I cannot believe the overwhelmingly extreme measures this company took to make sure I was happy...and I never did anything beyond placing the original order! You just don't get this kind of service much anymore.
 
Wow, that's great! You never hear of customer service like that anymore...I will have to check them out. Thanks for the info!
