Waaaaaa! I just finished packing up all the ornaments. I took down the stockings that were hung with such care. I took the tree apart and put it in the big, green, plastic bag that sits in the garage the rest of the year. My husband took the reindeer, the cute little blinking train and the snowman family off the lawn. They're packed in boxes, waiting to be put back in the garage rafters. How sad! I guess I'll have to start dreaming about next year.:santa:

Awww! I know how you feel. I can't bear to put the Christmas stuff away yet. I'm still in denial that the holidays are really over. :sad2:

yep, but a year goes by really really fast. If you really want to make time fly, buy one gift a month (about middle of the month) I don't know why this seems to work (at least is seems to haha) but it really does...AND you are ahead on your shopping when the holidays come back around.

That's a good idea. But I never know what to get anyone in my family until they start dropping hints around November! I'm afraid I'd get someone a gift early in the year and by December they'll have either outgrown it or moved on to other interests.
