OT--check in/out question

Hi guys! Silly question probably...and I know this could go on the resorts board, but I'm gonna ask you instead! Can you check IN to one hotel before you check OUT of another one? (For example, if we stayed at the all-stars the first night, could my dh head over to the CR really early to check us in/get tickets/etc.....and then we could check out of All-Stars when we were ready?) TIA!

i don't know the answer to this, but would love to know. dh and i were talking this am about our next trip and i convinced him to do 10 days, so we want to do a split. 1/2 here and 1/2 there.

You could ask the CM that you make reservations with but it shouldn't be a problem. You will be recieving a bill the morning you check out and unless you don't put that night on the credit card once you have this paper- you are checked out of the hotel but your room keys will work until 11am. Since I always put my stay on my credit card I haven't been down to the front desk for checkout since my first stay at Disney in the last year. The only time I go down that morning is if I haven't recieved my paper before I am leaving for the day.

We did this when we stayed at Pop and checked into Beach Club Villas. We never checked out of Pop we did the automatic thing.
