she is just gone two. i think if i catch her at the right time she will be paitent. my mom thinks its silly to waste money on kids meals in restaraunts but i think that at least if she is eating then she is occupied. i mean it would be boring for anyone to watch everyone else eat!! so im hoping just get her one of the kids meals and hopefully get a window seat so she can people watch!!

where else would you reccomend??

Evening all.

Hi Sonya, would you have to pay for Ash? I'm pretty sure with the hb vouchers she would eat for free at the buffets. In the table service restaurants, Emilia was 15 months and we fed her from our meals. It depends if she is a big eater.

lol i didnt even think of that myself poor kacee. justs as long as it doesnt become a joke as he gets older.

yeah i am thinking she would be better at buffets. but i really want to try walts. i think i will see what way her mood is when deciding where to eat. my mom wants to do lucky nugget instead of cafe mickey. im not convinced yet.

DS was 2.5 (ish) yrs old when we went to Walt's in April. I'm not sure what toy they're given these days but when we were there, they had a little box of cardboard dominoes (with Disney characters on obviously) and my two just played with them till their meal came (which didn't take very long). Plus there's also colouring etc.

The minor grumble I have had in the past is that they bring the child main meal while I am having a starter. Even for my daughter at age 10. This means she has finished her main meal while I am still finishing my starter. I would prefer it if they leave her drawing, colouring etc and bring her main at the same time as mine. She likes a long time to munch on bread rolls, anyway. :)

Morning everyone!

Wow! Where did you go to school? It sounds amazing.

Kirkton Primary school, Inverness...it was away up in the hills!!:rotfl: Its closed down a few good years ago, not enough people to go to it!:)

So guys whats on today then? My wee fella is off nursery, hes got a high temp and a runny nose, hes all shivery and that!:sad1: Hope it clears up by the wkend!! I'm medisedding him to the max!haha!

Good morning!! I don't want to step outside the house. Have a feeling it's going to be freeeeezing out there and I'm so nice & warm inside the house. Oh well, needs must and all that. Might go and try out a new indoor play area after dropping Louise at school. Other than that, no other plans for the day.

Yeah, that's true. Could you not ask them to delay bringing out the kids' meal? Never thought of doing that. Must remember next time. Mind you, sometimes, mine take about 10 yrs to eat their food, so it's not a bad thing to bring theirs out at the same time as our starters :rotfl: .
