I just had a nice call from the CSA, Kyra's Dad has begged them to make the arrears over a longer amount of time as he apparantly is broke. He aint gonna like what that CSA say to him when they ring him back.
Kyra's dad probably cant though 
Thats what i said to the guy at the CSA that he brought it on himself.
I did agree that they can extend the arrears to a extra 3 months though. So instead of £301 a month, i think im due to get £258 which isnt bad and i can live with that

I don't rate the CSA very hightly i'm afraid. I tried for years to get some money from my girls Dad.
Every letter he received from them he threw in the bin and told them that they would not get a penny. He was self employed and so i was told that makes it that much harder. They eventually (4 years later) took him to court but not before he had filed for bankrupcy.
