OT- Campground recommendation?

I've tried asking this question on the camping board, but I'm not getting any responses. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Sorry this is off topic but I need some recommendations. Does anyone know of a nice campground that is on a lake where you could rent boats, bike, just relax and enjoy the nice view? I'm looking for something that is comparable to 5 w's (woodall's rating) for both fac. and rec. We live in Indiana but we, of course, are willing to travel. I've heard Kentucky Lake is nice. Does anyone know about this area? I'm also open for any other suggestions. Thanks so much!

Can't help you in your neck of the woods, but I know there were several links mentioned on the camping threads. Some of them have discussion boards where you might get some specific info

You could try www.gocampingamerica.com and do a search .
I've posted several times on the camping board and have had no responses myself-so don't feel bad. Maybe they are all out camping !

Pic-A-Spot

I havent stayed at Pic A Spot but I live close by....they are on a lake that connects to several other lakes. Its closest to North Webster, IN which has a nice paddleboat, The Dixie, that you can take a ride on around Webster Lake.

North Webster

On Webster Lake you wont find a campground but you can rent cabins, fish on the new pier at the park, ride the Dixie, and rent boats at Fisherman's Cove. To find the park simply take IN 13 to North Webster and turn at the liquor store (Kings Keg) and take that street right down to the lake. Every couple of weeks there are waterski shows on Webster at the Park and every Friday night there is music in the Park.
